Just swapped out the 390 CFM Holley for a Quick Fuel 600 CFM on my Triumph TR8. Gotta say that I'm quite impressed and that it was set up near perfectly right out of the box requiring only some fine tuning. Until I ordered this carb a couple of weeks ago I had never heard of these guys.

Just wondering if anybody else has had any experience with this company's products?

The prices look alright. Which one did you get?

They made their name in the drag racing crowd. Good, quality products. Sounds like you made the right call!

We ONLY use Quick Fuel carbs.

They always work great right out of the box. The throttle response is often better than EFI.

Very, very, VERY happy with them. They're basically the polar opposite of Barry Grant carbs.

In reply to mw:

I got the "slayer series" 600 CFM. The Buick/Rover V8 in the TR8 is hotted up with cam, headers, higher CR, etc but is only 3.5 litres, so 600 CFM is the recommended size for street use. As mentioned I'm quite impressed. Seems like a much better carb than the 390 Holley that I was using.
