Hey guys, I am in a 944... looking at the price of hoosier wets and considering how quickly tracks dry out here in Florida, what is anyones experience of running a Toyo RA-1 as a race wet tire?

Also, I have ran Hankook RS-3's as an autocross trie before and damn, they are cheap... anyone any thoughts on using them as a club racing wet? I know they wont get the temps of a soft compound race wet like a H20 Hoosier, but thinking they will be a good compromise between life/pace/Price to at least be out on track?

appreciate anyone input.

Carl

I run ra1s, and like them very well in the dry and wet. Good little tire.

We used to run RA-1's in Spec E30. I like them in the rain and still have a set I use for track days.
