Anyone have any good suggestions on reading material in regards to the engineering of racecars? Specifically suspension design and chassis set-up? I found a couple on Amazon but most of the reviews said things were generalized quite a bit. Being that I am a recent mechanical engineering graduate, I like to think I can handle some of the more complex reading material out there but I'm kind of lost on finding the right stuff. Suggestions?

The main vein: Race Car Vehicle Dynamics.

Work your way through all the Carroll Smith stuff too, preferably in order of publication. There's a good shock book too (I forget the name), but it's not about setup, just about shocks.

Thanks! Wait, aren't you an author yourself?

WHOA! THAT BOOK IS EXPENSIVE! But it comes with free software... hmm... That's a good sign.
