When was the last time you saw a Toyota Tercel? (Let alone one used as a rally car?)

Another reminder that some cool motorsports events can be/are held in the litigious United States.  

Hopefully the Appalachian states (as reported by GRM) will continue to move forward in their quest to bring more events to the public.

...and win their class and finish second overall!  Rally Colorado is not a horsepower course except for maybe one and a half stages.  It is technical with Douglas Creek considered one of the toughest stages in North America.

Steve's Tercel is far from stock- BEAMs 3SGE, 8.8 rear axle, mostly fabricated suspension, the thing rules.
