Readers' Rides contest (kinda)

I've clicked on two of the featured ones on the sidebar that said something along the lines of, "Here's a car I used to have..." Is that even legal? :omg:

Well, I can't stop you... but I won't give you one of my votes or comments, either.

Okay, we have some winners. Winners? Yes. The judges decided that we need to get more junk out of our office.

sanyarcosean's Ghia: Simply had the most votes. Nice job.

Gimp's Camaro: Had the most comments. Yes, half were his replies to other comments, but we don't care.

Keith's collection: Also got a ton of action regarding votes and comments. Plus we like Keith.

We have more stuff to give away. We'll again award a prize pack to the car with the most comments at 5:00 pm Eastern tomorrow. We'll figure out some bonus awards, too. (And it most likely won't go to the car with the most comments as we like to keep things interesting.)

We know where Keith lives, but sanyarcosean and Gimp should contact me asap with their shipping addresses.

I see three more boxes of goodies, and since we move tomorrow they need to leave asap. One will go to top ranked reader ride as of 5:00 pm that hasn't already received a prize. The other two will somehow be awarded this evening as well.

Right now my Dime in in 4th place. I need some GRM stuff to slather on it.

I wonder if it would pass tech with some of that plastic banner material on it.

You guys realize that it's mostly non-GRM stuff, right? I mean, it's stuff from the GRM office, but it's cooler than our own stuff. Call it a neat mix of car stuff. (I did try to remember to throw some GRM stickers into each box, however.)

With GRM stickers in there the other stuff pales in comparison.

Besides I really really need that slurpee straw you mentioned.

Sorry, it was highest total, not most votes received that day. Good trick to get people to look at the car, though. Worked for me.
