I hurts me to realize that the Trooper can probably post performance numbers similar to the Jensen.

Trooper:

Zero to 60 mph: 9.4 sec

Zero to 100 mph: 35.2 sec

Street start, 5-60 mph: 10.2 sec

Standing 1 /4-mile: 17.3 sec @ 79 mph

Top speed (drag limited): 109 mph

Braking, 70-0 mph: 215 ft

Roadholding, 300-ft-dia skidpad: 0.67 g

Jensen Healey:

Top Speed 193 km/h (120 mph)

0-60 mph 9.7 s

0-100 mph 30.5 s

Can't find an online reference, but the Brooklands etc books I have average somewhere in the high 7's for skidpad numbers. The results don't say what the pad diameter was.

Oh, well; the Trooper doesn't have a 'vert top. So there.

Mine was a fat girl. It didn't actually taste like freedom though, unless freedom and low tide have something in common.
