I have my Miata back on the road. The new (to me) engine and transmission are working great. When I had the car up on the lift I could see that the left front shock was oily. When driving the car it is obviously in need of a rebuild. My questions are: 1) Is there a source for rebuild kits? 2)Is rebuilding one easy or a real pain in the rump? 3) Who does good work for not an arm and leg fee? Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you, Braden

From what I understand Koni keeps a fairly tight control on who can rebuild them, and keeping the price high (around $600 a set last i checked) enough to remind you that you have the best shocks on the world. Usually buying bilstiens or a new set of konis is cheaper (depending on the application).
