Ok so I am going to attempt rebuilding my first carbuetor but I was wondering if anyone had any sources on specifically rebuilding a Weber 32 DMTRA.

I believe that's similar to the weberesque carter-weber used on the carbed Yugo. Very straight forward rebuild, just don't get the jets/emulsion tubes mixed up, and be sure to set the float height with care.
Weber carbs site has technical info.

They don't seem to have anything on the DMTRA carbs. I just have no idea where to start. I mean I have a rebuild kit sitting around but no clue what I am doing.

DMTRA is probably just a DMTR with a water choke, so if you can find anything for the DMTR it should apply.
Most of the Webers I've pulled apart have been reasonably easy to figure out once you get it stripped down, provided you're methodical and keep track of each part (assuming you're not familiar enough to ID them by sight).
What's in the kit? Should be a couple gaskets (cover, base), floats, a couple O-rings - anything else? Posting some photos of the carb and the parts in the kit might help.
Just take it apart, clean everything, replace the parts you have been provided with, and reassemble in the correct order. Don't mess up the float level, most service manuals at least outline this part of the job if you install a new float or manage to mess up the old one.
I know it sounds scary but it isn't, if you can rebuild a toilet you can rebuild a carb. Skill isn't required till you try tuning it beyond setting the idle trim and speed, and a dwell meter makes that easy.
