So I`ve been stacking up gopro footage for a couple years and now I finally have a laptop powerfull enough to edit all those huge HD files down into something watchable. What better place to debut it than GRM? So here it is, countless laps with the Red Rock Racers over the last 2 years. Enjoy!

Very cool! Thanks for sharing. I'll tell the group about this.
Great footage!! As one of the other guys who drives there, I wish I could say that those laps look just like mine. Maybe next year. Seriously, excellent production, I hope the other Red Rock guys and gals get to see this. Very well done.

Thanks guys! hopefully it will motivate a few more people to join us next year. I need to construct a hand held camera mount so i can get smoother shots of the parked cars. Those jittery shots still bother me. lol

he basically constructs a gimbal out of pvc for a very effective stabilizer. i just want mine to have a swing arm or throw if you will, something that will go from low to high with a twist of my wrist
Just for general information, this was shot at Grand Junction Motor Speedway, a great kart track (1.0 miles, 12 turns, with elevation changes) in Grand Junction, Colorado. A fun track. As you'd expect in Junction, lots of Miatas, and plenty of other cars, too.
