Not many people knew what it was at press day. Some media types wondered what it was and if it was a working car.

This was very true. There was some disappointment that, inspite of higher fuel prices and the push toward green, the new Ram 1500, Viper and Subaru BRZ/Scion FR-S garnered much attention from many attendees.
