My new race car is festooned with stickers. Some come off easily, others are quite difficult and leave a lot of glue behind.
Any suggestions on how to remove the stickers and glue gunk without removing paint?
Much thanks!

Use a hair drier or a heat gun on loooow to warm the adhesive. It doesn't need to be HOT enough to damage your paint, just warm enough to soften the adhesive. Helps a LOT.

Agreed. I once bought a Mazda B2200 from the courier company I worked for at the time for very cheap. It came with all the company decals still on it. Some careful work with a razor blade got the vinyl off, and lots of Goo Gone plus my buffer got the residue off afterward. The hair dryer idea sounds worth a try too.
I agree with moderate heat and gentle methods to lift the corners and peel the heated area of the decal. Had great success this way.
Use No razor blades. Let the heat gun do the work, move it around over the vinyl, don't concentrate in one spot, doesn't take a whole lotta heat either, pull easy, it will take most adhesive w/ the vinyl. Wipe residue w/ goo gone or even lacquer thinner.
I often use laquer thinner instead of goo gone. It doesn't remove the paint unless the paint has been recently applied.
