On my BMW motorcycle, there is a holder for the fuel injector that is the fuel supply to the injector. The whole thing is plastic. While I was doing the clutch I somehow managed to break it off At the nipple. It appears that, through BMW, this is part of the fuel distributor. So my quesion is, I was thinking about epoxying in a brass nipple. Can't find any, though.

What size is the hose you need attached? And what is the space you have to work with on this part? If it will hold 1/8npt threads i would drill and tap it, and just add sealant to those threads if you feel the need. If it's too small for that i would stick with your original plan.
I have the part off. It is a holder so, 1 bolt and it's off. It's a common fuel hose size. I google searched for a part with no luck. My google skills must be poor as I didn't think it'd be tough to find a part to thread on.
How cheap is the actual part from BWM? Chances are if you broke it unknowinly, its brittle, and attempts to cobble something will end poorly. Burns hurt, don't mess with fuel systems.
$135 and not sure it's availbale in this country.
Sounds like one of those times a three D printer could be a money maker. How much pressure will this thing see.
I'll have to check on the amount of pressure.
If it was a return line I would say go for it but if it is on the supply side you could be seeing 30-60 PSI or more (I dont know what BMW EFI pressures are) ecause of this home fabbing would at least make me think about spending the $135
I broke a nipple off the top of a BMW car fuel pump/ level float assembly. It appeared to be nylon or PPE, neither of which take to glue. I was able to tap the hole with 1/8" NPT and install a brass replacement nipple.
Bought a used fuel distributor layout. You want to see fun, look at how much is involved in replacing it.
