Forgive my ignorance, but it Rock Auto an online store or do they have a physical presence somewhere? They definitely don't have any stores near me is why I'm asking.

Correct. They have a warehouse in my area and they won't even let me return the wrong parts they like to send me in person, instead demanding that i ship it to them and get nailed for more than what gas would cost me.
