I've ordered quite a bit from Rock Auto. Price with shipping to BC is still cheaper than buying locally. For the multiple warehouses, try and find a more expensive version of the same part at the same warehouse, and it's still cheaper.
However, if I need it NOW, I buy local.
Related, it seems Summit Racing is getting a bit cheaper in shipping to Canada these days. They might have a warehouse in Ontario, maybe???

Not that I'm aware of but they've been pretty good for the last few years, maybe 3-4? I think they used fedex and there were no surprises.
