They're having a closeout sale on Beck Arnley stuff for my MX6.

Just spent $75 on:

1) Axxis Metal Master pads f/r
2) Front rotors

Shipped.

Muahahahaha, leaves me more budget for tires! All that's left is endlinks and outer tie rods for the suspension!

I'm still just under $1400. Beginning to think i may have budget for some more power, ESPECIALLY if i sell stuff out of the interior. (has a full nice stereo and other crap i don't use.)

Starting to look like this T70 that i have sitting here may very well find it's way onto the car by the Challenge. I hope so. I'd love to entertain you all as i attempt to muscle a 350whp failmobile down the quarter mile.

Do we get points for smokey autox runs?

they're still in process of screwing me out of $30 on a return they will not credit me for even though they got it.

How much would it cost to move the FWD to the rear? Then you would have 350WHP of WIN!

I order one set of front pads for a 91 MR2. They sent me one GROSS (6 pairs) of brake pads. ??

So if anyone needs front brake pads for a 91-95 MR2 NA...LMK

Nothing but good things to say about them and their parts. I ordered aftermarket parking brake cables and a speedo cable for my MR2 and they were IDENTICAL to the factory parts. They were made in Japan and were a direct fit...along with all of the brackets, nuts and bolts associated.

Much cheaper.

I love rockauto.com for maintenance and repair type parts too. When I did hubs and bearings on the Miata, they were more than $100 less than Autozone for the whole bundle.

I heart rockauto. Cheerfully took a return even though I admittedly ordered the wrong part

Rockauto is great. They have a lot of parts for my 924 that i had a hell of a time finding otherwise. Although sometimes they don't always have the right stuff, but it was on rare stuff like weird odd ignition parts... other than that they're inexpensive and easy to use. Love'em.

They always seem to have some good deals but their overseas shipping is beyond crack pipe. $50 to send a $2 oil pan gasket to Germany? (and that was the CHEAPEST option!) - no thanks. Even sending stuff to my parents in Canada would have been absurd.

I guess it's fine for you US48 guys but until they offer some better shipping options for the rest of the world they'll get no business from me.

I usually use them in conjunction with retailmenot, for the rare time when my 10% off coupon expires and they have yet to send me another

I ordered parts from them recently, one item was stolen off of my doorstep because FedEx let it happen, and Rock Auto was very helpful in crediting me the same day I reported it after working it out with FedEx. A+ would use again.

It's doable with the budget left i think. But i'm sadly lacking those skills. My welding skills are beyond abyssmal, and fabrication makes me cry.

I'd need a Mazda B2200 truck transmission, some creative mounts, and a rear end of some sort.

I ordered a set of brake pads from them last week on Tuesday morning. They arrived (via FedEx Ground) Thursday at lunch time. Thank goodness they didn't ship via UPS Ground- I'd probably still be waiting.

Their drop shipping can be very inefficient though- I was going to order master and slave cylinder rebuild kits for my Z from them, but apparently they would have been drop shipped from several different distributors. When I got to the checkout page, it was going to cost $15 to ship $18 of parts. No thanks.
