Worked on finalizing the paddock tours for the upcoming Rolex 24 At Daytona, and looks like we'll be visiting some teams from both the Continental Tire and Rolex series. You guys know that everyone at the track--not just the GRM Experience ticket holders--can go on the tours, right? Generally they're kinda fun and informative. Maybe we'll again get to meet Dr. Dreamy. (By the way, he was extremely nice and polite--how he makes the rest of us look bad.)
I had Mc Dreamy talk to my wife on the phone. I asked if he would mind saying Hi to her if I called and he said sure. When I got her on the phone I told her he wanted to talk to me. She said SURE, rather sarcastically.
I don't remember what he said when I gave him the phone but when he asked her a question that required an answer she sputtered and hung up on him. We had quite a laugh at that.
When I called her later she said "That was REALLY him. Why didn't you tell me?" Since I had told her I she said "But you didn't say it was for real. I thought you were just tricking me!"
i already asked my wife if i got a pic with Patrick Dempsey would that trump her Kyle Petty photo. The answer was an immediate and enthusiastic YES
