Nope. Sorry. They aren't even close, any of them. You have to narrow a Miata subframe to put it under a 1st gen but 3rd gen RX7 subframes are real close to 1st gen RX7 dimensions (don't ask how I know! 
) .
That's because all RX-7's share floorplans/firewalls. You can bolt an FD dash into an SA, the screwholes are even the same, and visa-versa.
2nd gen front subframe lines up on the 1st gen only have to drill two additional bolt holes
