I'll keep my commentary about the 'unique' way this forum is set up in regards to external content to myself.
Of course, I had to watch Sabine drive the transit van another time after watching that one.

I still use the phrase "I could beat you in a van" to most of my motorhead friends.
Some time back there was a video floating around with Sabine driving a Cobra vs a buddy of mine driving a Corvette Gran Sport replica. It seems to no longer be on You Tube. 
She's a helluva driver for sure.

It's also one of those "Competitive, front runner car starts from DFL on the grid" videos. There is nothing that looks so impressive in youtube vids as ripping thru all the lower classes and backmarker cars in a car capable of winning over-all. I still love that Ralf Von Os video where he does it in a 320i.

I know John used to run ACTion Racing's (M Akard out of TN) white V8 E30 (#96?). I had assumed they were all the same family but now that you mention it - no one in their hauler was sporting a southern twang.
gottcha … that is the same car (to the best of my knowledge) … JB hasn't driven it in a couple of yrs … he told me that the car has been modded/changed in ways that he said he didn't think he could... A) drive .. and B) not be able to get it back to where it was
