Surprisingly, I'm not talking about diecasts.
This is the 2015 Mercedes C300 Luxury with Distronic. It's pretty much a perfect 5/8 scale model of an S550. What are some other "scale models" of their bigger brothers?

How about an opposite example where a car is scaled up from a smaller one?
A MINI is sort of cartoonish scaled up versions of a Mini. They are maybe 5/4 scale, except the tires and wheels which are closer to 2:1 scale.
Lots of Kei trucks look like chibi-character versions of lorries...especially the Daihatsu HiJet and 2-ton.
The Sunbeam Rapier was pretty much a 3/4 scale barracuda
NSU admitted to copying the Corvair in an attempt to appeal to younger buyers.

I think there is room here for the giant VW Phaeton looking like just another Jetta/Passat of the era.
Of course, this ties to the comment earlier of Audi selling 3 cars that all looked the same around the same time.
I thought this thread was going to be about what car I'd like to have as a scaled down model of the real one. To that I'd say a 3/4 size Camaro, 7/8 size mustang, or 3/4 size challenger.
Nearly every current make has a S/M/L version of the same basic design - Especially if you include SUV/crossovers
