I've got a car that I am thinking about putting into the FL Carlisle auction at the end of February. Has anyone done this before? I know they tell the nuts and bolts about how to get entered, but I am looking for first-hand experience with the process and the time leading up to the auction.

I know a fair amount about the nuts and bolts - what are you trying to sell? Why do you think an auction is the way to go? Are you serious about selling the car or are you just trying to see what it will bring?

I'm a firm believer in consigning your car in the best auction that it can get into (I'd rather take a bad lot # in a good auction then a great lot # in a crappy auction) and that if you're serious about selling your car, you should consign No Reserve.
