Update:
DNA Motoring/Speed Daddy apparently bribed Ebay to limit/suspend my Ebay account for 7 days in response to negative feedback i left them.
Ebay said:
Your eBay account privileges have been limited for 7 days because of a violation of our unwelcome and malicious buying policy.
***About the eBay Unwelcome and Malicious Buying Policy***
Buyers aren't allowed to buy items or place bids with the intent to disrupt a listing or sale. To review the requirements, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/unwelcome-buying.html
At this time, you're not allowed to buy any items or create any new listings. Any current listings will remain on the site and can still be purchased by buyers. You can complete any recent transactions.
Once the 3 days are over, you'll automatically be able to buy and sell on eBay again.
We appreciate your cooperation.
Thanks,
eBay

I figure there's no way they're going to make good on their rep Kimmy's word that i would be refunded 100% at this point, so i suppose it's time for a "Hennessy of Woodstock Honda sucks" type deal.
I've filed complaints at BBB.com (not like it matters, since they're not accredited, surprise!) for both DNA Motoring and Speed Daddy.
I have a youtube video showing the horrendous fitment issues of this radiator, and will be making it public and will definitely spam all the tags i can on it.
I do so hope that my money was worth it for them.

How did you even fall under the unwelcome buyer rules?
That's a shame, I bought a DNA Motoring stainless header for the 850, from their eBay store. It came with E36 M3ty hardware, nuts WAY too big for the studs, and the gasket was bent/creased from being folded during packaging the box. I emailed them with my issues, they sent me an whole new, "install kit" for free. Same over-sized nuts, but a new flat gasket. I was content as I just reused the nuts that I already had.

No idea. Ebay has made it impossible to do anything about it either. I cant figure out how to appeal or even contact them about the situation.
Which i'd REALLY like to do in general, considering what these DNA Motoring / Speed Daddy dirtbags did to me.

Sorry to hear that. I do feel like Ebay goes a long way to coddle their sellers while not siding with the buyers as often as they should. Then again, what do I know? I'm not running an international auction site.

Try these. There's the direct phone numbers to a couple of eBay's VPs in that list.
