It is too much for a rusty Integra. Should have a "DOHC VTEC" emblem. Only the 2nd gen/DA Integras had the GS-R emblem from the factory in the US.
Get it for $1500 and part it out.

In reply to beans: I wouldn't consider it bad enough to part out. Unless the rear floor is next to impossible to repair.
