The C6R will make your ears bleed they are so loud. It's hard to get enough muffling to use a side exhaust on most street vehicles.

Well, if it's any consolation, that side pipe is part of a complete exhaust system that includes a long-tube, equal length header. And I'm pretty sure the system costs more than Tim paid for Tommy's Spitfire...

It does look bad-azz tho... especially when combined with the 4x moto-carb kit the same company sells...

I have been thinking of setting up the Olds with side exhaust once things are all said and done.

Well, that's different. "Period correct" & all that stuff. The real problem will be to find some decent R-compound rubber with raised white lettering..

Also a problem so far finding black pipes, seems everyone things they should be chrome and shiny. Found one set of blacks I think though they were quite large.
