Javelin, Now that's one I haven't considered. I do love the sound they make!! And they are fairly attractive....hmm...may have to find one on a local lot and investigate the ingress/egress. Thanks!!
93EXCivic....I'm just guessing that the XK8 might not be too competent at autocross, but that's just a guess.
The next gen had 355hp out of an n/a 5.4 V8, and the new one has 419hp out of an n/a 5.5 v8.
I should have specified '1st gen' because that's all i was thinking about.
I actually think the newer SLKs are kind of cool. but only kind of. It's still near the bottom of the bottom model lineup as far as how much i like it, for any given year. My ultimate mb is an amg e-63 wagon. iirc.

I don't think that XK8 would be to bad. Certainly a lot better then SLK.

There were no V8s in the first gen, which is what i thought we were talking about.
