Well, I have a few bicycles. Maybe a wheelchair?
I also have 3 vehicles in the garage currently that will need help to hit 60 in their current motorless state.
Our slowest running car is the 87 jag xj6.

I had to think about this for a while. I have a TT6 XC90. Not a rocket, but it will go when needed. Small blower on my 82 Camaro will run 13's. LQ4 six litre in my 67 Camaro, hasn't been to the strip yet, but I'll be shocked if it isn't low 14's. SRT4 Neon, quick. SR20 swapped B13 Sentra, zippy. 2000 Silverado, willing.
Slowest vehicle I own, paradoxically, is my Neon race car.
'68 Fiat 500. 17hp, allegedly.
0-60 *kph*? No problem, 17.6sec, just checked it. 0-60mph? unknown. I've never had the courage. At 90kph, it's definitely in "the back wants to be at the front, please" territory.
My 1989 Saab 900S has to be the slowest. 125bhp and ~2800lbs. Not sure what the nominal time is supposed to be, and I haven't tested mine, but it's not fast. The rubbery gear change won't help, nor will the studded Hakkapeliittas.
Slowest would be my 1962 MGA coupe (using MGB engine) at around 12 secs. 0-60.
Fastest is my modded Solstice GXP in the low 4 sec. range.
SanFord is by far the slowest. 0-60 is going to be in excess of 25-30 seconds, assuming you are headed down hill and can hit 60.
Next up is the Samurai. Not sure how slow, but moving with todays traffic can be interesting.
Next slowest is probably the Blunder Bus, 31' Tiffin on a F53 Ford chassis. With a 460, it's not horribly slow but it burns an enormous amount of fuel when you drive hard enough to keep up with traffic at the red light.
The two quickest would be the G35 @ 5.6, 0-60 and my Silverado @ 7.4, 0-60.
Fastest here is going to be the Targa Miata. Somewhere in the upper 3s range. But that's not the competition we're having here.
Fun fact: I haven't tested it, but the ratings say that the 1966 Cadillac should be faster than the 1990 Miata parked beside it. Twice the weight, four times the engine.
In reply to Robbie :
1953 MGTD , since 60 mph is within 10 mph of it's top speed probably 25-35 seconds?
I was wrong. Wikipedia puts 0-60 at 18.3 seconds.

I had an 84. Slow, but same speed if you chain it to a house.
Definitely the Dodge Ramcharger that resides in my driveway. The other two vehicles are a 2004 Yukon w/ 5.3 LS, and a 2004 V6 powered Ford Escape.
Biggest motor, slowest vehicle. Don’t care, the RC has them all beat on cool points...
I think it would be a toss up between our Bronco, and the Traveling Roadshow loaded for a race weekend...
I think both would be somewhere in the low teens...
I looked up my wife's Accord and she'll get to 60 in 6.6 seconds. So that would be the slowpoke of our meager collection.
(But I got to thinking about the slowest car I've ever owned. Hands down, it was an '85 Corolla with a carburetor. 0-60 in about 16 seconds based on my search. I replaced it with an "Iron Duke" Buick Century and that Buick felt like something from the World of Outlaws in comparison.)
I bought a retired flatbed from a local utility. It has a normally aspirated diesel and will happily cary 9000 lbs, but would require a downhill and dangerously high revs to hit 60.
I'd say my 1993 Silverado 6.5L Diesel is the slowest, but only because my 75 MGB doesn't have it's original 4 cyl anymore. It is getting a V6 swap. Otherwise the MGB was slower than the truck, by a good bit. The web agrees, Silverado is 13-14 seconds, MGB is 18.5 secs.
