I am a fan of 6 cylinder cars and like this configuration in a "sporty" car probably because i've always been a Nissan Z fanboi but I always liked the idea of shoving a V6 or i6 into a small car like below:
Wish they were sold here (Clio V6)
(GTV6)

Now if only someone at Subaru/Toyota shared my feelings and put a H6 into a brz....
What are your favorite cars with a 6 cylinder engine?

Not mine.. but I had one very similar, but with cookiecutter wheels instead of the Fuchs
Just to increment my post count another notch.
Mine. Pictures from Putnam Park last summer.

It's a tie.

And while it was not small when new.. it is small today. How can you forget the "ultimate crumpet collector"?

Granted, the V8 was the way to go in these, but the 258 I-6 was a great motor and suited that chassis very well.

These are actually quite small, by modern standards:

And these were cool:

We are missing an obvious choice...

My 1st car was a Holden Torana GTR with 161S straight six and 4 speed

I see your 6cyl and raise you a pair of turbos.
Shorter in length and height than an e30, but wider.

I'd go for a nice Cavalier with a 3.1L and 5-spd.
Triumph GT6, 1966.
Edit: Oops, sorry shadetree30, I missed your earlier citation.

They're one of the best fwd hatches ever. Incredible chassis.

I believe that one is 1.8L ?
The original Triumph small six was 1.6L
Later 2.0L in the Vitesse and GT6, then 2.5L in TR6.
