I've been looking for fun beater for a couple months now, and it has finally happened. Searched by RWD, manual, clean title and sent a text to the first seller on the Price Ascending list. Here's the breakdown:

  • 1995 SN95 Mustang GT
  • 302 with bolt ons and questionably a cam?
  • 5-speed (T5) with a Spec clutch and light flywheel
  • Mysterious clunk in transmission mount/rear suspension
  • Light body damage to driver rear quarter
  • $1100 bucks

Seller told me about valve tick issue that never appeared for me, so i'd say its good for another 3 years 36000 miles.

Pictures to come, but has anyone had good luck setting these things up for fast driving? And if so, what class/setup did you run?

I also believe this post might belong in builds, mods do as you wish to this.

ESP now CAMC, had the car since 2002.

CAMC allows a ton of freedom, I have things I want to do to mine but have been focused on a restoration on another car and starting a build on yet another.

Current setup:   H&R Race springs, Koni Yellow, MM Caster Camber plates, Addco Front bar (BIG), Poly front bushings.

Want to add:  Panhard Rod (likely MM), Steeda X2 balljoints.

Big spender wish: Steeda 5-link rear instead of just panhard.

This is on a 97 Cobra, so engine/trans is different.  And rear swaybar/brakes

Subframe connectors are a good idea
