119 pounds is team lifting!
I loaded a T56 into a truck solo today. 119? I wish.
Quick update: I didn't feel like driving the truck today, so I discovered that I can easily put this in and out of my LEAF by myself, and it fits with plenty of room to spare:

So far, so good! After a few months, I haven't made any other changes, and the 0450 has been the perfect travelling toolbox. I've dropped it once or twice, too, but it doesn't seem to have suffered any ill-effects. Bonus feature I hadn't realized earlier: it's perfectly usable in the rain as long as you keep the lid closed. That shelters the drawers well enough to keep them dry.
