I've read through JThw8's article on how to do box flares like he did on his Yugo. But its always good to hear other people's thoughts on how to accomplish something.

I'm sure the collective here would appreciate the info as well.

p.s. My biggest concern w/ DIY flares, especially rounded flares, would be making the left and right side mirror copies of each other. Is it just: measure, measure, measure, sand, sand, sand? or is there some other trick?
