What could you build with ~$16k? I bet that could be done for less if you tried.

I doubt it. The LT4 was a one year only option and then add in the cost of Penske shocks and CCW Classics plus OEM Grand Sport wheels with Kumhos.

I share your pain. Although, in the interests of full disclosure, I did linger just a wee bit too long on the ad.

I too had a C4, and would actually consider getting another one. LT4's (which only came on manual transmission 96's) are pretty desireable too.

What is valuable in the Corvette world are uber-low mile 100% stock trailer queens. As much as this one appeals to the folks on this board, a modified Vette with 70k that has seen obvious track use really isn't what most Corvette folks are looking for. I don't see him getting 15k for that.

In general i fail to see the appeal of C4s for anything but racing use. Ive worked on and driven a few and didnt like them AT ALL. c3s are glorified kit cars that make my body hurt and i like them better.

I have seen it driven in anger which makes me want it more.

a BSP prepped c4 looks even better than a c5 z06 to me, it just looks angry and fast
