Can you get full coverage on a rebuilt title? I'd be fine driving a >2k vehicle with liability, but I don't know that I'd be okay with a 10k vehicle.

You can, but at least here in CA, there is a bit of a penalty for it. Your rate is based off of a normal, non totaled vehicle. But if something were to happen to it, you only get paid off on the value of it as a salvaged vehicle.

Yes, you can. Obviously the value if it were to be totaled again would be significantly less than if it had a clean title.

I had a volvo 850 with a rebuilt title. I gave up on full coverage after 5 or so insurances would only do liability. I guess I didnt call the right people, or I live in the wrong state. I know its not something everyone offers though.
