I'm still waiting for someone to do the rotary-powered Mustang.
The Curtiss Wright Rotary Mustang ala 1967

Good thing the Ring Brothers Pantera wasn't grassroots enough to be featured in the mag.
Blasphemy (or in Roadkill's case "Blasphemi") in this situation is fun. Ooooh, the rarity of a late model Mustang, that it mustn't get sullied with the wrong marque's powerplant! Come on. It's 2016. LS's get swapped into everything.
Seems like a political allegory to me. flounder flounder
I want to see a Mustang with a Hit and Miss engine swapped in it. For so many reasons. Think about it.
I was reading a forum thread a while back where a guy made a 9 sec 1/4 mile LS powered notchback Mustang. It was insane.

Roundel had to put of with complaints about print coverage of an LS-swapped BMW. Maybe it was the same guy.
The great irony of ONE of those LS swapped BMW's which is famous on TV- one of those two guys works for Ford.
It would be great if the other guy worked for Mercedes.
Was I the only guy to find this really funny? This was highly entertaining to me...

That's factually incorrect. There isn't enough usable metal in a Renesis to reuse as a real engine part. THey are actually being made into PBR containers of the 12oz variety.
There funny thing about that slam is it could be taken as a compliment, as the engine was compact enough not to waste much material.
I like to leave things open ended to cover as many bases as possible. Hell, I should be a politician! I'm a natural.

I should by a '30s Chevy hot rod and but a Ford engine in it.
I have been wanting to put a turbo 2.3 in a Vega for a few years now.
