I would buy the best Volvo 940 I could find. It has 3 rear shoulder belts, a built in center booster seat, Rear wheel drive, turbo, great suspension, heated seats , Limited slip.
The aftermarket is there.

Being Swedish myself I've always had a thing for Volvo wagons!
I'm guessing the Caddy CTS/DTS are too expensive and a PITA to fix?
I really like these but I'm "ascared" of the maintenance.
So BMW, Benz, P71, Caddys: that's all the rwd 5 seaters out there with 5 shoulder belts?

Mild thread jack, how well does the 3.3 take to boost? Cause I've always liked that engine.
I'll let you know when i find out. There is literally no good info about it on the internet. You can search but there's a 99% chance that i posted in every thread about a boosted 3.3 on the entire internet, so you could just take my word.
i sold my '03 mazda6 sport package V6/MT for $3600 about 6 months ago.

"Engine needs some work" is possibly a red flag!

Maybe its something "simple" like leaky gaskets or timing chain guides?? Keep hope alive!!! :-)
