Marketing speak. Smart made up Tridion as far as I know to refer to the shape of the safety cell.

I have no idea what the used car market is like, or smart car market. AFAIK, no one wants them, but a running car for $1-2000 that can be driven for a year or two may appeal to someone. The tires look good.

Not so simple and it won't pass inspection anymore.
