Nah, that price is just about right
for a horribly over-priced, rusty car that will never be worth more than it will take to get it right. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have it but I'd give him a quarter of his asking price.
looks like a not too bad price if it's as nice as he seems to think it is. figure $1000 extra to fix what needs fixing to make it driveable and safe, and it could be an awesome cruiser for years to come.
