That's the going rate for a decent street stock around here although that one is maybe above average, at least in the photos. Screw jacks are for setting corner weights quickly. (wedge)
The trouble with buying race cars off sites like racing junk is that the cars are usually built for the specific rule set of one particular track. That car would be legal at my track...if you got rid of the jacking bolts and backed up the motor. And on many other tracks it would be a slow dog. Be nice if the street stock class was more standardized.

Odd someone took the time to cut the floor out of a Mustang then attach it to a GM metric chassis. I assume it was pretty rusty when he started, so that's cool.
