Need some weird-shaped rubber gromets/plugs. Where to buy?
Weird shaped? How so? I was at a craft store (with my wife) and they had some grommets and the punch tool thingy.

Don't know about pricing but when I need something rubber that is not a common item, They are my go to guys. They seemed ok prices in the past but obviously not much to compare against.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm general rubber mmmmmmmmmm
(Ok but seriously that's awesome. You da bess. Are those all round, though?)
https://www.metrommp.com/ and http://www.steelerubber.com/ have a number of universal rubber parts like grommets, browse through their online catalogs.
In a pinch, you can slice a piece of hose and use it as a grommet, I've done that with intercooler pipes. where they pass through the Apron.

Yes, but that doesn't keep water/air/smoke from coming inside the car too well.

I would argue that those are the things that make driving a car so very real and engaging!
Close them up with sheet metal, sealant and rivets so you can use round grommets?
Also if you measure the total diameter of the holes you're dealing with you could potentially use regular grommets shaped to fit the holes.

We just spent a bunch of time welding up holes in the floor, i'd prefer to not take in water.

Yes, that's the backup plan.
As for round ones... i think i really just need plugs and cut them myself for the wiring to pass through for best sealing.
These are big holes, and there's not much wire anymore.
