Does any one know which GRM issue had the article on replacing the cover of a Sparco seat? I have it somewhere, but the idea of searching through every page of every GRM issue will take more time than I can devote to it.

Found a posting from Nov 2008 about someone reading the GRM article about this. This narrows the search down a bit. I'm getting closer!
Why would a Sparco seat be different than another seat? Take the old cover off, take it apart, cut out the new material the same size, sew it together, put it back on.

Thanks for the post Dr. Hess. I am woefully inept when it comes to sewing. My Sparco EVO 2 seat that came with my FX16 'parts' car is all torn up. A replacement cover is available for $166.25. I was searching for the GRM article about the replacement cover to see what exactly what parts came with this kit. Found the article in the November 2008 issue of GRM, page 149.
