The tunnel is usually open to the public
You might be able to just drive right in if you act like you've bern there before. They will want you to sign the waiver and get a pass to get to the infield. The tunnel is off Williamson rd and the scca shack is off to the right before you enter the tunnel, it's worth the effort snd the people are friendly.
