Saw this while I was out running errands today. Looked pretty solid. $3k.
That trunk is awesome.
Skirted fenders front and rear.
GE spot light.
Couldn't get a good shot of the inside through the old glass. Big column shift is cool. Smelled like rat E36 M3 and mold.
My friend's dad has an old Nash like that. It was his first car and he just kept it. I don't even think he's a car guy. Fortunately, one of his sons is, though I doubt the car has been out of the garage in thirty years.
I don't know if he has the badass hood ornament though.
George Petty had a cool job.
You know, I sometimes look at the cars of the fifties and sixties and realize just how cool they were. Not this time.
What a WONDERFUL find ! ! ! That just looks terrific . . .
That's a lot of money for a bathtub.
Even with the cast iron flathead straight six those things weighed under 3k pounds and were rated at something like 25mpg because of the aero. All aluminum ecotec or the like and some updated suspension bits and I don't think 30 mpg would be tough at all.
