At a local yard yesterday, they had a NA miata and it had tokico struts and springs all the way around. Anyone need? I dont know if that's a quality setup or not

Tokicos used to be a good middle-of-the-road setup but they stopped selling consumer shocks/struts a while ago now, so they are gonna be relatively old and you'd be replacing them with another brand if they failed anyway.

If they're blue, they should stay in the junkyard.

Definitely worth asking, but in this case they're not worth pulling. They didn't work all that well when new and made up for it with a short lifespan.

Now, the white ones were a decent shock.

I once pulled some Tokico Illuminas from a wrecked Integra. Sadly, one of the shocks was also wrecked.
