Looks like the fuel rail and #4 injector were damaged in the wreck, anybody have some stock parts gathering dust?

The ecu is stock. Looks like it missed being taken out in the crash by 1/4 inch or so. That seems like a dumb place to mount a computer.

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure it needs to happen because you said it.

Patriot is a world 2.4 a completely different animal. Completely different mounting and well everything really. DCR was working on a kit to put a world 2.4t (caliber SRT4) engine into a neon SRT4 but it was scrapped due to fitment issues IIRC

Thanks for the links.

I think it would be fun to put one of these engines in a late model caravan to make a successor to the old turbo k vans

Well, its home. Its not actually rolled, it hit something with the right front cornere, which then continued down the side and took the doors and quarter panel with it. So, now I'm wondering about fixing instead of swapping. The hood and nose are proprietary, but I'd bet I can find stock Neon sheetmetal in the short term at least. Typical second gen sway in the front frame rails, and the quarter will need to be replaced, but most everything else should be bolton stuff.

Maybe I'll move over to the build thread with this thing...

Make it a sleeper like the one posted earlier. I have some airbags and an aftermarket intercooler I'll sell.

Do you have to change the intercooler to fit the stock type nose? Airbags I might be interested in, but I have all the stuff from a non SRT car here, so if I'm doing a budget build I might just use them.

Non srt nose has to be trimmed to clear any intercooler.
