Sounded like meningitis based on "brain infection". It's horrible to treat as it's typically spinal fluid involvement and it does not get replaced regularly. So abx work just take a LONG time...

If you want to do something tangible, go watch some of his videos. Or, just let them run in the background if you don't have time. YouTube has become a large part of his income.

That's great news. I'm not sure I understand what the connection would be between dehydration and old back injury to encephalitis, though.
