my guess is the streetlegalness is that the engines are Crab legal, they have mirrors, lights, and proper braking devices. I dont see any restraint systems, but that may not be crucial for legality. I would definitely hazard a guess that theres a bit of "hot rod claus" useage going on in their legality. Id love to autox one...how great. given their suspension and height, i bet you could offroad one easy too!
