I just got a message on here, at the top, that my subscription has expired. I was unaware.
Do they typically send out a letter or email or something beforehand?
I really hope I dont miss an issue (and this is the first Ive seen this message, was on this past weekend).
I was a previous supporter and got the message today as well that my print sub and my GRM+ sub expired. I was never either, but I did just GRM+.

Yeah, me, too. I just emailed the Hive Queen () asking for a confirmation... I suspected it might be a website bug.
Thanks for the feedback, everybody. We deployed this feature after realizing that many subscribers do miss the multiple email/snail mail notifications sent out at the end of a subscription.
It sounds like it might have a bug, though. We'll get the developers on it.
Well, at leat I'll get another 2 years and cool tee out of it!
Yep, new feature since mail delivery is, uh, not what it once was. (We mail a total of 5 renewal notices, including cover wraps on next-to-last and last issues of the magazines, and also email a couple of notices, but still lose a lot of people to unnoticed expirations. I suspect these may be some addresses where other members of the household manage expenses by disappearing magazine renewal notices )
Anyway, we're running some further tests to make sure the feature is working as intended. If you guys know you've renewed and are still seeing it, please email me at mynamebelow at this website. Thanks.

I never have had a print subscription and I'm getting that message.
Okay, we've just deployed a bug fix. If you're seeing the message and shouldn't be, try logging out and back in and see what happens.

No longer seeing it, but I was this morning. Bought a 10 year subscription in March or April 2020, so I figured it was a glitch. Margie, let me know if you want me to email you still.

I got so many subscription reminders recently, I was getting domestic grief about why it was taking me so long to re-up. Yup, failure to timely resubscribe now in my list of husbandly failures :-)
