Paid a 19.99 yearly subscription on 27-Nov and have a credit card charge to prove it but the site still claims my subscription has expired.  I am not finding any other way to bring this issue up on this site so I am coming in here.  Can I get this looked into?

Nicole, I followed you instructions and filled out the contact form and mentioning this thread back on the 15th but no response and no correction to my subscription, please refund my money so I don't have to work with the credit card company to correct this issue.  - Brian

Brian,

Our fulfillment house (the company that processes renewals and keeps our subscriber list updated) was having some technical issues that your account seems to be caught under. The exact technological link that the website uses to check your status isn't my area of expertise, but I believe I've at least temporarily enabled your access. I'll have a pro look at your account during business hours and get things straightened up properly.

Well, it worked for a bit and now my access is unsubscribed again.  Love your content but this is becoming painful.  What are we going to do here to resolve this?

Doing some preliminary lookups without having your full name and address yet, it looks like you have two separate subscriber records linked to your email address. I am requesting to our fulfillment house that they merge the records. This should fix the issue. I am copying you on my message to them.

For future people finding this thread:

I have had great luck calling GRM on the phone when I  have had questions.  Refreshing to talk to nice people on the phone!!!  
 

Also on the web page there is a staff list with emails that I have used. I have always got timely responses using that as well.
