Is there a make/model of car sitting in the junkyard that would have a factory rear coil over that resembles a QA1 unit? It would need to have about a 12-18" ride height. I need to mockup while I design/fab mounting brackets and make sure exhaust, panhard bars, etc do not run into each other.

Ideally with this style mounting:

Thanks for any suggestions!

Dodge Vipers have exactly what you are looking for.

Although - they are Viper parts so they come with a Viper tax.

That is a decently cheap viper part thankfully.

If you do decide to go Viper, go 96+, Gen II or later.  Gen 1 Viper stuff is specific to that generation, a lot of Gen II stuff crosses over to Gen III and forward so more better options on the used market for a drop in Penske, Ohlins, Fox, etc after you mock up with an OEM shock.

OEMs are Konis as I recall so not terrible.
