I am starting to assemble the bits for the MG, Miata, 302 Frankencar and set them on the chassis plate.
I need to land on the suspension bits since I currently do not have any shock/springs or sway bars.
Since the goal is to make this thing drive like a Miata, I want to use Miata suspension partsas much as possible, without having to set foot in the dealer.
Flying Miata has a 2.5 stage suspension package that looks like it has all I need. Any experience with this kit? Other than the a-arm bushings, what is missing?

From the kit description it only comes with two top hats and apparently doesn't come with sway bar links or sway-bar-to-chassis mounts:

In the interest of one-stop shopping, and buying parts that are meant to play together, any suggestions?
Suspension budget total is about 2k give or take.

I know we like to post questions on GRM as if it's FB sometimes, but in this case wouldn't it be a whole lot faster/easier to just call Keith? Especially since he's actually built a similar car?

You can buy stock front top hats.
Then get some endlinks from FM and see if they have the Energy Suspension swaybar bushings and brackets.
Then you're ready to rock.
Remember FM has a salvage so any "stock" parts you might need, they likely have.
@NOHOME, if you have no suspension at all, I've got a "spare" set of NB Mazdaspeed shocks & springs complete with top hats that I removed from my car earlier in the year. I was planning to sell them anyway and as one of the shocks appears to have gone a bit squeaky (no leaks though) that might be a cheap way to get an NB conversion. Well, cheap + shipping, obviously.
