T-5 Speedometer cable help . . .

Anyone know where to find a speedo cable to hook up a Mustang T-5 to either a VDO or Smiths speedometer?

This would seem to be a common set-up in Cobra replicas and all, but I haven't been able to find a cable anywhere.

Any info/links/vendors?

I could really use a bit of help in locating one.
