I do NOT approve (ok, I kinda do...)
That was really cool. Gotta love diesels. But, "tree huggin" is more mainstream now than it was 10 or 20 years ago.
And look at all the unburnt fuel he was pushing.
Some of us can burn rubber with a diesel without having to roll coal. Pinky Out
On a public road with traffic no less. See this is why we can't have nice things.
(But you're right, it's kind of impressive.)
that was supposed to be impressive?
i once say a guy do a 6 wheel burnout with a Cummins powered 4X4 dually Dodge... on a 1/8 mile dragstrip that had traction compound on it.. and there wasn't a hint of black smoke out the tailpipe..
that truck had a big "Banks Powered" sticker in the back window, and it was his tow rig for his "real" bracket racer that wasn't as fast..
this was in the summer of 2004, before diesels were the fashion statements they are today..
The girl coughing at the end was a nice touch. Good thing the wind was blowing.
There was a 15 car pile up near me a couple months ago because some fishermen lit a smokey fire under a bridge to keep warm and no one could see through the smoke. One of my trucks sat there for 5 hours.
It's pretty stupid, I realize that.
There's a lot of things that are stupid in this life but I still YouTubethe stuff and blow two hours easy! I don't know what that makes me but that's what I am!
Looking at the front bumper, that's a pulling truck. The bumper is out there to hang weights.
As far as the smokey burnout. Meh.

This, I was expecting smoke from all 4 corners.
